On this site I share about my fibromyalgia journey and the things that helped me keep my sanity while in the ugly grip of fibro symptoms. Fortunately, I have been able to wrestle free from the pits of fibro by getting the source of the symptoms healed. My entire being continues to heal as my body, relationships, ability to think and work have become normal again. I now have a second chance at living life with joy and confidence and energy. It is my deep desire to help others be free from fibromyalgia as well.
You can think of me as a tour guide to help you (or a loved one) through your fibromyalgia journey. Our daily destination is Freedom From Fibromyalgia whether fibro symptoms seem to be choking the life out of us or we have a remission of symptoms.
